Prize Winner Selection

On July 19, 2025 at approximately 12:00 PM ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The selected entrant will choose between the trip to Montreal, Quebec or Toronto, Ontario for the National Bank Open.

After the draw, the Sponsor will notify the selected eligible entrant on July 19, 2025 by using the email address provided with the entry. If the eligible entrant cannot be reached for any reason and/or does not respond within 24 hours via email, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, then the eligible entrant will be disqualified at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, and another eligible entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Each potential prize winner is solely responsible for ensuring their email account settings are configured to receive notification messages from the Sponsor.

Before being declared the winner, the eligible entrant will be required to:

  • Correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
  • Sign and return within two (2) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form confirming compliance with these Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, and releasing the Sweepstakes Parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes, the selected entrant’s participation, and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize.

If the selected entrant:

  • Fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; or
  • Fails to return the Sweepstakes documents within the specified time and as directed by the Sponsor,

They will forfeit the Prize and an alternate eligible entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Unless otherwise deemed appropriate by the Sponsor for the administration of the Sweepstakes, no communications will be entered into except with the selected entrant.

Upon satisfactory receipt of the Sweepstakes documents and other eligibility requirements, the Sponsor will coordinate digital delivery of the Prize to the Sweepstakes winner. The Platinum tickets will be transferred to the valid email address for the chosen city. The Sweepstakes winner will be in contact via email to provide all necessary information so that round-trip airfare and accommodation arrangements can be made.
