We want you to be satisfied with your Psycho Bunny purchase. If you are not, we will happily accept the return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order or in-store purchase date. All original tags must be attached.

We accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns will be inspected once received at the warehouse and we will email you once the return has been approved and your refund/exchange has been processed. All unapproved items will be returned to sender. All Psycho Bunny products that are marked down by 50% off, or more, socks and underwear are considered final sale.

Start your exchange or return online: Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page. print a shipping label, and bring your item the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed.

Yes! You can easily choose and initiate an exchange by visiting our Exchange and Returns Portal. Your exchange will be sent once we receive your original item. You will get an order confirmation email at that time.

A refund will be initiated as soon as we receive your item in a returnable condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. Refunds will be submitted to the original method of payment.

No, all Psycho Bunny products that are marked down by 50%, or more, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot make any changes once it has been processed. If you have any questions or concerns about a final sale item, please contact us before making your purchase. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for final sale items.
