"I’ve always been impressed with the quality of Psycho Bunny products, and this experience only reinforced why I continue to shop with them. I recently received a new pair of socks, and as usual, the quality was outstanding. A couple of days later, however, I noticed a small hole in one of the socks that I hadn’t caught when they first arrived. I reached out to customer service, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were incredibly helpful, professional, and quick to arrange a replacement pair without any hassle. They even told me I could simply dispose of the original pair or donate them to charity if I felt the small hole wouldn’t affect their use. That kind of customer service really goes above and beyond. It’s one thing to sell a great product, but it’s another to stand behind that product and take care of your customers when something isn’t quite right.
