"We exchanged a pair of pants and were issues a gift card. We were told that thegift card would be used for the exchange. We could not see a record of transactions. We ultimately returned the second pair and the staff (including the manager) could not figure out how to do it. So there was a credit card transaction, a gift card, and the merch. I had to call the store several times and finally after four days had to demand our money credited. Never again shop there."
