to seek help in life

Mental health affects many of us

Father’s Day is a special time to show appreciation for the dads in our lives and recognize the unique mental health challenges men may face. Psycho Bunny’s Care Tag initiative is our way of supporting dads everywhere by highlighting the importance of men’s mental health and providing resources to prioritize their well-being.

WHY THE CARE TAG

Level up your mental health

Our Care Tag is a commitment to men’s mental health and wellness. We believe that just like your clothing, your mental health deserves careful attention.

WHY WE CARE

Looking good means feeling good

Psycho Bunny cares about the whole person, not just their clothing. That’s why we’re proud to level up our Care Tags with mental health support and resources for men to prioritize their self-care. We believe that feeling good is the foundation for looking good.

THE SIGNS

Are you suffering?*

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health concerns, there may be various ways it can manifest. Here are some common signs.

01

Depressed mood

or irritability

If you or someone you love is feeling down or irritated most of the day, nearly every day, it may be a sign of depression or anxiety.

02

Decreased interest

or pleasure

Losing interest in things you used to enjoy, such as sports, hobbies, movies, or hanging out with friends, can be a sign of mental health issues.

03

Concentration

Trouble thinking, concentrating, or making decisions may be a sign of depression or anxiety.

04

Guilt /

worthlessness

Having negative and unrealistic feelings of guilt or worthlessness may be a sign that someone is struggling with mental health issues.

Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. If you or someone you love is experiencing any of these signs, please reach out for help.

04ENCOURAGE THEM TO SEEK HELP

If your friend is open to it, encourage them to seek professional help or resources that may be helpful.

05CHECK IN REGULARLY

Keep in touch with your friend and check in on how they’re doing regularly. Let them know that you care and that you’re there for them.
